What: Introduction to the NetDuino

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.

Netduino builds upon the open source nature of the arduino adding ethernet capabilities, memory via a micro SD card, and development using the .NET Micro Framework.

I intend to demonstrate some simple projects for connecting sensors and micro controllers to the cloud.

References include the book Getting Started with the Internet of Things and the Microsoft .Net Micro Framework SDK.
